By using Tablets of Sumer (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

The content

Translations are paraphrased by the editors of this site and cited to their published scholarly editions. Cuneiform sign data is drawn from public Unicode and scholarly sources. Commentary represents the editors' interpretation and is clearly distinguished from translation. Speculative material is labelled as such.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Don't scrape the App for redistribution; cite the scholarly sources directly instead.
• Don't impersonate others or post unlawful content (when public features later exist).

Paid features

The App is free at launch. If we introduce paid features, terms for billing, refunds, and cancellation will be presented before purchase. On Android, paid digital features are billed through Google Play Billing.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" for educational and reference purposes. We make no warranty that translations are exhaustive or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
