Refunds & cancellation

The free trial

Every new account gets a 5-day free trial of all premium features (audio playback, offline downloads) starting the moment you sign up. No payment method required. When the trial ends, the app stays usable — only the premium features lock back.

The premium pass

The paid premium pass is rolling out after launch. When it does, you will see the price and terms before any payment is taken. Purchases made through the Android app are billed by Google Play; web purchases are billed by the payment processor named at checkout.

Cancellation

• Free trial: nothing to cancel — it expires on its own.
• Web subscription: cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
• Google Play subscription: manage in the Play Store under Subscriptions.

Refunds

• Web purchases are refundable within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked, if you have not consumed a substantial portion of the premium audio library.
• Google Play purchases follow Google's standard refund policy. Request the refund directly through your Google Play order history first; we can help if Google declines.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

EU / UK statutory rights

Statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything in this policy. EU and UK customers retain the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the digital-content exceptions noted at checkout.
