What your notice must include

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorised to act on their behalf.

3. The exact URL(s) on this site where the allegedly infringing material appears.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner (or authorised to act for the owner) of the right being infringed.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same email with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
